Yopa Privacy Policy
Yopa is an adults-only social voice, messaging, and matching service. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information, including name, email, profile photo, gender, birth date, country, education, and biography.
- User content, including private messages, images, voice messages, room messages, posts, reports, and support requests.
- App activity, including follows, blocks, profile visits, rooms, virtual rewards, gold balances, and purchase/subscription status.
- Technical information required for security and delivery, including installation identifiers, authentication identifiers, push-notification tokens, IP address, and basic request logs.
- Advertising and diagnostics information processed when ads are available, including the Android advertising identifier, device and app information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location inferred from the IP address.
- Microphone and camera access only when you choose features that need them. Live call audio is transmitted to other participants and is not recorded by Yopa.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, show profiles, deliver messages and calls, run rooms and matching, provide rewards and purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate user-generated content, answer support requests, and protect users and the service.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Supabase for database and media storage, Firebase/Google for authentication and notifications, Google Play for Android purchases, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to deliver and measure ads, and infrastructure providers to host the Yopa API. AdMob may use the information described above to deliver, limit, secure, and measure personalized or non-personalized ads according to your consent and applicable law. These providers process information to deliver their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users and prevent abuse.
Retention and security
Account data is retained while your account is active. Deleted account data is removed from active systems, except information that must be kept for fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records, unresolved reports, or limited backup cycles. Data is transmitted using HTTPS and access to production systems is restricted.
Your choices
You can update your profile, manage blocks and privacy preferences, review advertising consent where required, disable device permissions, sign out, or delete your account in Yopa under Settings → Account. You may also use our account deletion page. Device-level advertising controls are also available in Android settings.
Age requirement
Yopa is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow children to create profiles or use social and matching features.

البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب والملف الشخصي مثل الاسم والبريد والصورة والجنس وتاريخ الميلاد والدولة والتعليم والنبذة.
- المحتوى الذي تنشئه مثل الرسائل والصور والرسائل الصوتية ورسائل الغرف والمنشورات والبلاغات وطلبات الدعم.
- نشاط التطبيق مثل المتابعات والحظر والزيارات والغرف والمكافآت والذهب وحالة الاشتراك أو الشراء.
- بيانات تقنية ضرورية للأمان والتسليم مثل معرف التثبيت ومعرف تسجيل الدخول ورمز الإشعارات وعنوان IP وسجلات الطلبات الأساسية.
- بيانات الإعلانات والتشخيص عند توفر الإعلانات، ومنها معرّف Android الإعلاني ومعلومات الجهاز والتطبيق والتفاعل مع الإعلان وبيانات التشخيص والموقع التقريبي المستنتج من عنوان IP.
- نصل إلى الميكروفون والكاميرا فقط عند استخدام ميزة تحتاجهما. يُنقل صوت المكالمات الحية إلى المشاركين ولا تسجله Yopa.
استخدام البيانات ومشاركتها
نستخدم البيانات لتشغيل الحسابات والملفات والرسائل والمكالمات والغرف والمطابقة والمكافآت والمشتريات، ولمنع الاحتيال والإساءة ومعالجة البلاغات والدعم. نستعين بـ Supabase للتخزين وقاعدة البيانات، وFirebase/Google لتسجيل الدخول والإشعارات، وGoogle Play لمشتريات Android، وGoogle Mobile Ads (AdMob) لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها، ومزودي الاستضافة لتشغيل الخادم. قد يستخدم AdMob بيانات الإعلانات لتقديم إعلانات مخصصة أو غير مخصصة وقياسها وتأمينها وفق موافقتك والقانون المطبق.
الحفظ والحذف
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب أثناء نشاطه. عند حذف الحساب تُزال البيانات من الأنظمة النشطة، مع استثناءات محدودة لمكافحة الاحتيال والالتزامات القانونية وسجلات المعاملات والبلاغات غير المحسومة ودورات النسخ الاحتياطي.
خياراتك والعمر
يمكنك تعديل ملفك وإدارة الحظر والخصوصية والصلاحيات، ومراجعة موافقة الإعلانات عند طلبها، أو حذف حسابك من الإعدادات ← الحساب، أو من صفحة حذف الحساب. تتوفر أيضاً عناصر تحكم الإعلانات على مستوى الجهاز في إعدادات Android. التطبيق مخصص لمن أعمارهم 18 عاماً أو أكثر.
