Delete your Yopa account
The fastest option is inside Yopa: open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. This immediately removes the account from active Yopa systems.
Google Play subscription: deleting your Yopa account does not automatically cancel a recurring Google Play subscription. Before deletion, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Yopa → Cancel subscription. If you cannot access this flow, contact soklteam19@gmail.com.
If you cannot access the app, use the email instructions below. The email request works independently of the app server.
Request account deletion by email
Send your request to soklteam19@gmail.com with the subject Yopa Account Deletion Request. Include your Yopa ID, if available, and the email linked to your account. Do not send passwords or verification codes. We verify account ownership before deletion and process verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted
Your profile, messages, posts, room membership, media uploaded under the account, social connections, push tokens, reward history, and active subscription entitlement are removed from active systems. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, safety-report, or backup records may be retained where legally necessary and are isolated from normal app use.

حذف حساب Yopa
الطريقة الأسرع داخل التطبيق: افتح الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. سيؤدي ذلك إلى إزالة الحساب من أنظمة Yopa النشطة.
اشتراك Google Play: حذف حساب Yopa لا يلغي الاشتراك المتجدد تلقائياً. ألغِ الاشتراك أولاً من متجر Google Play ← الدفعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات ← Yopa ← إلغاء الاشتراك. إذا تعذر ذلك تواصل مع soklteam19@gmail.com.
إذا تعذر عليك دخول التطبيق، اتبع تعليمات طلب الحذف عبر البريد أعلاه. لا تحتاج إلى تسجيل الدخول أو تشغيل خادم التطبيق لإرسال الطلب.
البيانات التي تُحذف
يُحذف ملفك ورسائلك ومنشوراتك وعضوية الغرف والوسائط المرفوعة والروابط الاجتماعية ورموز الإشعارات وسجل المكافآت وميزة الاشتراك النشط. قد نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة للمعاملات أو منع الاحتيال أو بلاغات الأمان أو النسخ الاحتياطية عند وجود التزام قانوني، وتكون معزولة عن الاستخدام العادي.
