Yopa - دردشة صوتية: Child Safety Standards

This policy applies to the Google Play app Yopa - دردشة صوتية (package com.yopa.live).

Effective: 2 September 2026

Zero tolerance: Yopa prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of minors, and any content or conduct that endangers a child.

Adults-only service

Yopa is restricted to people aged 18 or older. Users must confirm that they are adults, and profiles with a birth date indicating an age below 18 are rejected. Suspected underage accounts may be suspended and investigated.

Reporting inside Yopa

Users can report another account or unsafe behavior from chats, profiles, and voice rooms, block the account, or send a detailed concern through Profile → Settings → Help & feedback. Reports may include concerns involving a child, grooming, sexual exploitation, or illegal imagery.

How Yopa responds

When Yopa obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we preserve necessary evidence, restrict access, remove prohibited content, suspend involved accounts, and escalate confirmed material to the appropriate child-safety authority as required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities and do not notify an offending user where doing so could endanger a child or compromise an investigation.
